COUNTY OF WILLIAMSON.
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, on this day personally
appeared I. G. McGinnis and Kittie Lee McGinnis, his wife, both
known to me to be the persons whose names are subscribed to the,
foregoing instrument, and acknowledged to me that they each exe-
cuted the same for the purposes and consideration therein ex-
pressed, and the said Kittie Lee McGinnis, wife of the said I. G.
McGinnis, having been examined by me privily and apart from her
husband, and having the same fully explained to her, she, the
said Kittie Lee McGinnis, acknowledged such instrument to be her
act and deed, and she declared that she had willingly signed the
same for the purposes and consideration therein expressed, and
that she did not wish to retract it.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESEJPtESENTS:
BOUNTY OF WILLIAMSON.
THAT we, I. G. McGinnis and wife, Kittie•Lee McGinnis, for and
Ln consideration of $1.00 cash and other good and valuable con-
sideration to us paid by the City of Georgetown, the receipt of
Nhich is hereby acknowledged and confessed, and for which no
lien either expressed or implied is retained;
Have GRANTED, SOLD and CONVEYED, and by these presents do
GRANT, SELL and CONVEY unto the City of Georgetown, Texas, for
Street purposes, the following described tract of land, to -wit:
BEGINNING on our North line, where the East line of Louise
Street as shown by the Map or Plat of Nolen's Addition inter-
sects said line;
THENCE South with the same course as the East line of said
Louise Street, 110 feet, more or less, to the North line of the
Ed Harris, Jr. property;
THENCE West along said North line of the Ed Harris, Jr.
property, 50 feet, more or less, to a stake for corner;
THENCE North and parallel with the East line hereof, 110
feet to our North line to a point where said West line of Louise
Street and this point meet;
THENCE East 50 feet to the place of beginning.
It being our intention to convey a Street 50 feet wide across
our property to the City of Georgetown, to be used for Street pur-
poses.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said premises, together with all and
singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise be-
longing unto the said City of Georgetown, forever.
