I KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF WILLIAMSON. j
THAT WE, C. No Crowley and Juan Acevedo both
of Williamson County, Texas, for and in consideration of ONE ($1e00)
Dollar cash to us in hand paid & and other good and valuable
consideration in hand paid by the City if Georgetown, receipt of
which in hereby acknowledged, do by these present grant, bargain&
sell and convey unto the City of Georgetown, the free and uninterrupted
use, liberty and privilege of the passage in and along, upon and
across our land along our boundary line, in the City of Georgetown,
Williamson County,Texas& owned by us & and being more particularly
described as follows:
Said lands being located in the City of Georgetown, and
being a part of Out Lot 6j Division "B" and Block No, 18
of the Coffee Addition to said City;
It being the intention of the Grantors herein to each
convey out of said lands 15 feet each for the purpose*
as herein set out& said lands being described as followsl
FEGINNING at the SW corner of a lot of land this day
conveyed by Martin Guerrero to Co N. Crowley, for the
beginning corner of the tract conveyed by Ce No Crowley;
THENCE N7.19 W along the West line of San Jose Street 15
feet;
THENCE EAST to the Right of gray line of the Me K* & T•
railroad, *kids--3ine to be parallel with my North and South
lines;
THENCE along the West line of said right of way to
my South east line;
THENCE S 71 W 324 feet to the place of beginning;
THE LANDS herein conveyed by Juan Acevedo being
described as follows;
BEGINNING aat the SW corner of the lot this day conveyed
by Martin Guerrero to Ce No Crowley for the beginning
corner hereof;
THENCE S 19 E 15 feet;
THENCE N 71 E and parallel with the S line of the Crowley
lot to the West line of the M. Ke & To right of way;
THENCE N along the West line of the Right of Way to the S E
corner of the Crowley property;
THENCE S 71 W along the South line of the Crowley property
to the place of beginning.
This conveyance is made for the purpose of opening, constructing
and maintaining of a permanent road or street in and along, upon and
across the lands above described.
It being understood and agreed that said road shall have a width
of 20 feet# and that each of us has and intends to so convey 10 feet
I for such purposes# and each of us conveys and grants and additional
5 feet for an easement to said City for all utilites.
TO HAVE and to HOLD unto the City of Georgetown as aforesaid
for the purposes aforesaid all of the above described premises
