The State Highway Department offers no objection to the location on the right-of-way
of your proposed 211 C.I."rla.ter line as shown by accompanying drawings and notice
dated 1-13-54 .except as noted below.
It is expressly -understood that theState Highway Department -does not purport, here_
by, to grant any right, claim title, or easemezit in or upon this highway; and it is
further understood that the State Highway Department may,require the owner .at his
own expense to relocate this line, subject to provisions of governing laws by giving
thirty (30) days written notice; ----
All work on the highway right-of-way ,shall.be performed in accordance with Highway
Department instructions. The installation' shall not damage any part of the highway
and adequate previsions must be made to cause minimum inconvenience to traffic and
adjacent property owners. Special specifications.for placing this pipe line are as
follows:
Water line,to be bored across highway
Water line to'be 21 below ditoh grade
Please notify Eric Bartz, Ma.int. Foremen forty-eight:'(48) hours prior to
starting construction of the line, in order that we may have a representative present.

PIPE LINES

Formal notice is hereby given that City of Georgetown
Company, proposes to place a 2" C.I.Water pipe line within the right -of -
Road
way of state Highway No. 29 in Williamson County,
Texas as follows: Within the City limits'of Georgetown- Beginning at an
existing 6" water line at the intersection of Highway # 29 and Hutto Road
and extending across Highway # 29, thence east and parallel to north boundary
line of Highway # 29 ( Approx. 5 ft. off ) to City limit.
The location and description of the proposed line and appurtenances is
more fully shown by three copies of drawings attached to this
notice. The line will be constructed, operated, and maintained as directed by
the State Highway Department in accordance with governing laws.
Construction of this line will begin on or after the 00th, day of
January 19�
