The State Highway Department offers no objection to'the location on the right-of-way
of your proposed 211 water line as shown by accompanying drawings and notice
dated z_2S_,5 y except as, noted below.
It is expressly :understood that -the State.Highway Department does not purport, here-
by, to grant any right, claim title, or easement in or upon this highway; and itis
further understood -that ,the. State Highway Department.,may-require the owner at his
own expense to relocate this line' subject to provisions of governing laws, by giving
thirty (30) days writtan notice;
All work on the.highway right-of-way shall be performed.in accordance with Highway
Department instructions. The installation+ shall not damage any part of the highway
and adequate previsions must be made to cause minimum inconvenience to traffic and
adjacent property owners. Special specifications for placing this pipe line are as
follows:
Please notify Fric Br.rtz. Sr. IlLint. Foremz�n forty-eight (48) hours prior to
starting construction of the line, in order that we may have a representative present.

Formal notice is hereby given that City of Goorgetown. Texas
Company, proposes to place a 2 Water pipe line within the right -of -
Road
way of stat* Highway No. 29 in willi"on County,
Texas as follows: Beginning at City limits at a point approtimatoly 5 feet
south of north boundary lino of said highway and a xtfnding due fast approzinatoly

The location and description of the proposed line and appurtenances is
more fully shown by three copies of drawings attached to this
notice. The line will be constructed, operated, and maintained as directed by
the State Highway Department in accordance with governing laws.
Construction of this line will begin on or after the Tth. day of
Februs.ry 1955 -
