COUNTY OF WILLIAMSON ) KNOW ALL MEDT BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT, Protestant Episcopal Church Council of the
Diocese of Texas, a corporation, for and in consideration
of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) to me in hand paid, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have this day and
do by these presents sell and convey and grant unto the
City of Georgetown, Texas, an easement or right-of-way
in and through all that certain lot or parcel of land,
to -wit:
A tract of land in the City of Georgetown
Williamson -County., Texas, and also being a
description obtained from an actual survey on
the ground of that certain tract described in
a deed from Beatrice Johnson, a widow to said -
Robert Sneed, which deed is dated August 6,-
.1952, and is recorded in Vol. 382, page 404
Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas;
Beginning at a point in the south line of
12th Street in said city of Georgetown, Texas,
said beginning point being the northwest
corner of a tract described in a correction
deed from the aforementioned Beatrice Johnson
to George C. Hester, which said correction
deed is dated October 25, 1949, and is recorded
in Vol. 358, page 298 of the Deed Records of
Williamson County, Texas;
Thence along Hester's (now Scarborough)
west line S. 11 deg. 25' E. 370 feet to an iron
pipe in the ground at Hester's S.W. corner for
the S.E. corner hereof.
Thence along a wire fence S. 74 deg. 30'
W. 105.5 feet and S. 86 deg. 12' W. 89.2 feet
to a post..atx.the. original..S.W.._ corner of said
J hnson tract;
Thence along another fence N. 3 deg• 34'
W. 382.6 feet to a post in the south line of
the aforementioned 12th Street, said point
also being the N.W. corner of said Johnson tract,
and the N.W. corner hereof;
Thence along the South line of said 12th

Street N. 83 deg. 56' E. 1+2.1 feet to the place
of beginning.
The location of the easement and right-of-
way covered hereby shall be limited to an
easement for an 8" water main, the center line
of said easement to begin on the west line of
the above described property at a point 20 feet
north of the southwest corner of said property;
Thence east 161 feet to a point in the south
line of said property, which is,170 feet on
the south line of said property, measured
from the southwest corner of same;
with the right of ingress and egress and regress in and to
the same with full power and authority to lay water piping
in and through the aforesaid property, placing same so it
will be to the depth of 3 feet under the surface thereof;
giving to the said City and its assigns and successors the
right, power and authority to make such repairs, if any,
to said water piping whenever, from any reason, it shall
become necessary.

Council of the Diocese of Texas, has caused this easement
deed to be executed on this 9th day of January, 1957,
