I KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT I
H. L. Ta for of said County and State, for and in consideration of the

nowledged, have this day, and do by these presents sell and convey and grant
unto the City of Georgetown, Texas an easement or rigbt-of-way in and through
all that cortainlot or parcel of land, to wit=
Located in the Nicholas porter Surbey, Georgetovm, Texas, beginning at point
in South Right of Way line of HighwAy 35, 201 West of Norraw St., Thence
South 120' to Stption 35+49, permnft nt sewer map of City of Georgetown, Thence
South East to Station 29152, Thence East to Stntion 28119, Thence North East
to Station 25♦27, Thence South East 120' to R point in BaLat -property line
300' South of South side of borrow St;
located in said City, with the right of egress,' ngress and regress in and
to the same with full power and authority to lay sewer, drainage and water
piping in and through then aforesaid property, placing same so it will be to
the depth of a4, 'feet under the surface thereof; giving to the said City
and its assigns and successors the right power and authority to make such
repairs, if any, to said sewer, drainage and water piping whenever, from any
reason, it shall become necessary,
