KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT I Pontiano
Zavla of said County and State, for and in consideration of the
sum of Dollars to me in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby ack-
nowledged— ,love this day, and do by these presents sell and convey and grant
unto the City of Georgetown, Texas an easement or right-of-way in and through
all that certainlot or parcel of land, to wits
Being located in the Anderson Addition, City of Georgetown, Texas, Beginning
'at a point in the N property line of Lot 1, 110' E of the NW corner, thence
S 240' to a point in the S property line, 110' E of the SW corner of Lot. 1
located in said City, with the right of egress, ingress and regress in and
to the same with full power and authority to lay sewer, drainage and water
Piping in and through tht aforesaid property, placing same so it will be to
the depth of _feet under the surface thereof; giving to the said City
and its assigns and successors the right power and authority to make such
repairs, if any, to said sewer, drainage and water piping whenever, from any
reason, it shall become necessary. -;

having been examined by me privily and apart from her husband, and having the
