Mrs, Lilian Saterflbld of said County and State, for and in consideration of the

nowledged— , have this day, and do by these presents sell and convey and grant
unto the City of Georgetown, Texas an easement or right-of-way in and through

repairs, if say, to said sewer, drainage and water piping whenever, from any
