ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT I
County and State, for and in consideration of the
SUM ofDollars to me in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby ack-
nowledged, have this day, and do by these presents sell and convey and grant
unto the City of Georgetown, Texas an easement or right-of-way in and through
all /that certain lot or parcel of land, to wit:
