KNOW ALL ADEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THATxt WE, Woodrow Smith
rre. Woodrow Smith of said County and State, for and in consideration of the
sum of Dollars to me in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby ack-
nowledged, have this day, and do by these presents sell and convey and grant
unto the City of Georgetown, Texas an easement or right-of-way in and through
all that certainlot or parcel of land, to wits

and its assigns and successors the right power and authority to make such
repairs, if any, to said sewer, drainage and water piping whenever, from any
reason, it shall become necessary.
