to the same with full power and authoritl► to lay sewer, drainage and water
piping in and through thR aforesaid property, placing same so it will be to
the depth of feet under the surface thereof; giving to the said City
and its assigns and successors the right power and authority to make such
repairs, if any, to said sewer, drainage and water piping whenever, from any
reason, it shall become necessary.
