KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT I
Harvey Sedwich of said County and State, for and In consideration of the
sum of Dollars to me in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby ack-
nowledged, have this day, and do by these presents sell and convey and grant
unto the City of Georgetown, Texas an easement or right-of-way in and through
all that certain]ot or parcel of land, to wits

Being located in Outlot 41, City of Georgetown Texas, Beginning at $ Point
in Xne N property line of O.L 41, of the NW corner; thence SW 100' to
a point in the W property ine, of the NW corner of OL 41

located in said City, with the right of egress, ingress and regress in and
to the same with full power and authority to lay sewer, drainage and water
piping in and through tht aforesaid property, placing same so it will be to
the depth of feet under the surface thereof; giving to the said City
and its assigns and successors the right power and authority to make such
repairs, if any, to said sewer, drainage and water piping whenever, from any
reason, it shall become necessary.
