KNOW ALL NEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT I Joseph B.
Holden of said County and State, for and in consideration of the
sum of Dollars to me in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby ack-
nowledged— , heave this day, and do by these presents sell and convey and grant
unto the City of Georgetown, Texas an easement or right-of-way in and through
all that certainlot or parcel of land, to wits
Being located in Outlot 40, City of Georgetown, Beginning at a point in the
E property line of OL 40, 80' S of the NE corner; thence W 100' to a point in
the W property line, 100' N of the SW cprner of OL 40

located in said City, with the right of egress, ingress and regress s is and
to the same with full power and authority to lay sewer, drainage and water
Piping in and through th4 aforesaid property, placing same so it will be to
the depth of feet under the surface thereof; giving to the said City
and its assigns and successors the right power and authority to make such
repairs, if any, to said sewer, drainage and watox piping whenever, from any
reason, it shall become necessary.
