unto the City of Georgetown, Texas an easement or right-of-way in and through
all that certainlot or parcel of land, to wits
Being located in Nichol*.s Porter Surve-Y, City of Georgetown, Texas, Beginning
Ott StAtion 22-46, original sewer map of the City of Georrotown, on West side
of Aighwgy 81, Thence West 140' to West property line which point is South
310' of South side of Porrawn St,
located in said City, with the right of egress, Ingress and regress in and
to the same with full power and authority td;lay sewer, drainage and Nater
Piping in and through th4 aforesaid property, placing same to it will be to
the depth of feet under the Surface thereof; giving to the said City
and its assigns and successors the right .power and authority to make such
repairs, It any, to said sewer, drainage and water piping whenever, from any
reason, it shall become necessary.
