KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT I OatmAn
Green, of said County and State, for and in consideration of the
t sum of 1000 Dollars to me in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby ack-
nowledged— have this day, and do by these presents sell and convey and grant
unto the City of Georgetown, Texas an easement or right-of-way in and through
all that certain lot or parcel of land, to wits_
Being located in Country Club Addition, City of Georgetown, Texas, Beginning
at North West corner of Lot 17, Blook 2, Thence 190, to point in Sotrth
property line of Lot 20, 60, Westo of South Fast corner of Lot 20.
