NOTICE OF PROPOSED INSTALLATION
PIPE LINES

Formal notice is hereby given that The City of Georgetown
Companyp proposes to place a 8" Sewer pipe line within the right -of -
Road
way of U.S. Highway No. 81 in Williamson County
Texas as follows: 8" sewer line will enter U.S. 81 ROW at 11.8 feet north of
the south RDW of Spring Street; cross U.S. 81 ROW at centerline station 630+00;
and leave U.S. 81 ROW at S feet north of the south ROW of Spring Street.
Line to be bored 1401 under Hi -Way 81.
The location and description of the proposed line and appurtenances is
more fully shown by three copies of drawings attached to this
notice. The line will be constructed and maintained on the highway right-of-way
as directed by the State Highway Department in accordance with governing laws.
Construction of this line will begin on or after the approval NKMD= date

The State Highway Department offers no objection to the location on the right-of-way
of your proposed 8" sewer line as shown by accompanying drewipgs and notice
dated November 27, 1964 except as noted below.
It is expressly understood that the State Highway Department does not purport, here-
by, to grant any right, claim, title,'or easement in or upon this highway; and it is
further understood that the State Highway Department may require the owner to re-
locate this liner subject -to provisions of governing laws, by giving thirty (30) days
written notice.
All work on the highway right-of-way shall be performed in accordance with Highway
Department instructions. The installation shall not damage any part of the highway
and adequate provisions must be made to cause minimum inconvenience to traffic and
adjacent property owners. Special specifications for placing this pipe line are as
follows:
Please notify forty-eight (48) hours prior to
starting construction of the line, in Osker that we may have a representative present.
