accepted by The City of Georgetown, Texas, with the understanding and agree-
ment that said City of Georgetown will be responsible for paying the full cost
of moving any poles and lines that may become necessary in the future in order
that the property and future improvements of Georgetown Development Corporation
and its assigns may be used to better advantage or more efficiently.

Located in said City, with the rights of egress, ingress and regress in,and to
the same with full power and authority to erect a,pole line for electric distribu-
tion in and through the aforesaid property, placing same, giving to the said City
and its assigns and successors the right, power and authority to make such repairs,
if any, to said distribution line whenever, from any reason, it shall become neces-
