That the unrlersignedl Carl J. T)oerinv and wifp, Poloreg L. Dooringr
(hereinafter styled "fxrantors" , for andira cnrgidera,tion of the sum of TPn
and more Dollars in hand Paid by the City of GeorTetown,
the receipt of which is herPbv acknowledged, do hereby grant and convey unto the
Raid City of Genr-etnwn (hereinafter styled "Grantee"), its 4uccessnrs. and
asc;-1g,79S, the right of way from time to time to 00rstruct, npera.te, And reaix and
replace a sewer line and annurtenances thereto and to alter, add to, chani;e, and r
remove the same from time to time, along, over, through, upon, under, and across
the following land situated in the County of Williamson, State of Texas, said
tract of land being described as follows:
A strip of land 15 feet wide, the center line of which is an existing
sewer line belonging to the City of Georgetown, which sewer line begins
at a newer lift station located at the south lire of 15th Street in the
City of GeorgrPtown, Willia.mgon County, Texas, about 20 feet Faszterly
from the railroad spur line.`and extending therefrom Southerly across
Blocks 1,and 2, Hart Addition, City of Georgetown, to the North line of
17th Street.
Grantor reserves the right to contract buildings over said sewer line at
some future date provided, however, that if such buildings are hereafter construct-
ed, the sewer line shall. be Protected from damage by Grantor.
TO AAVV, AND TO HOLD said easement, rip-hts of way and rights unto the said
City of Georgetown, its srnncessors and assi€MR.
This agreement shall be binding_ upon the heirs, executors, administrators,
successors and assir-ns of the parties hereto.
This instrument embodies the entire agreement between the parties hereto,
inclydir;, the consideration Haid or to be PRid therefor.
