COUNTY OF WILLIAMSON
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT I Leonard A. Dedear
of said County and State, for and in consideration of the
sum of one ( 1 )Dollars to me in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby ack-
nowledged, have this day, and do by these presents sell and convey and grant
unto the City of Georgetown, Texas an easement or right-of-way in and through
all that oertainlot or parcel of land, to wits

--the southwest corner of lot # 7 and extending east parallel to south property
-line to 4 -point. 6 ft, north of southeast corner of said lot, thence east
_1arallel to south property line on adjacent lot thence to Park Lane*
located in said City, with the right of egress, ingress and regress in and
to the same with lull power and authority to lay water
Piping in and through th4 aforesaid property, placing same so it will be to
the depth of 21 eet under the surface thereof; giving to the said City
and its assigns and successors the right power and authority to make such
repairs, if any, to said water piping whenever, from any
reason, it shall become necessary.

known to me to be the person whose name is subscribed to
the foregoing instrument, and acknowledged to me that he executed the same
