of sold County and State, for and in consideration of the sum of Dollars
to me in hand paid, The receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have this day,
and do by these presents sell and convey and grant unto The City of Georgetown,
Texas an easement or right-of-way in and through all that certain lot or parcel of
land to wit:
BEGINNING at a point in property fence line of Jonas M. Shell
which lies S. 46* 13.4 + E. a distance of 10 feet and N. 43* 46.6
E. a distance of 265.5 feet from the PE Station 834+28.80 of Inter-
state Highway 35. This point being on the centerline of a 20
Electrical Utility Easement.
THENCE N. 43* 46.61 E. parallel and 10 feet Easterly of the east
ROW line of Interstate 35, a distance of 301.8 feet to the Meanders
of`the North San Gabriel River and the northeast property line of
Jonas M. Shell. ,Said Easement containing 0.25 acre more or less.
Located in said City, with the rights of egress, ingress and regress in and to
the same with full power and authority to erect a pole line for electric distribu-
tion in and through the aforesaid property, placing same, giving to the said City
and its assigns and successors the right, power and authority to make such repairs,
if any, to said distribution line whenever, from any reason, it shall become neces-
sary.

TRACT THREE
Part of Outlot 3, Division A, in said City, County and Survey above men-
tioned, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of Outlot 3, Division A, City of George-
town, an inside corner of Outlot 6, of said Division A;
THENCE North 0 deg. 24' West 48.3 feet to a point under a fence;
THENCE South 85 deg. 40' East with fence 95 feet to a bend in a fence;
THENCE South 19 deg. East with fence 43.3 feet to a "T” intersection of
two fences in the South line of said Outlot 3;
THENCE North 89 deg. 50' West with the South line of said Outlot 30 108.5
feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 0.1 acres.
This Deed shall be of no force and effect after one yeaarfrom this date
unless on or before June 13, 1967 the City of Georgetown has constructed
or caused to be constructed a paved and curbed street upon the lands
hereby conveyed and upon other lands adjoining these lands on the East and
West, said street to extend from Austin Avenue westerly at least to the
railroad right of way.
