COUNTY OF WILLIAUSON
KNOW ALL MEN BY 1HESE PRESENTS, That I Afal l i e C. _Burnham -
of said County and State, for and in consideration of the sum of Dollars
to me in hand paid, The receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have this day,
and do by these presents sell and convey and grant unto The City of Georgetown,
Texas an easement or right-of-way in and through all that certain lot or parcel of
land to wit: '
BEGINNING at a point in the West property line fence which lies 254
feet Northerly of the Southwest corner of this property and said point
being the centerline of a 20 foot electrical easement*
T117NCE N. 89* 041 E. a distance of 555.6 feet to a point in the East
property -line fence of this property and the -west property,line,fenee,
of R. E., Lewis.
It is further agreed and is a reservation to the above easement that if in
the futufire planning and use of the property that poles, lines, guys
or other property installed within the easement are in the way of
practical development, that within the realm of reason the City will
relocate these poles, guys, etc* without cost -to Nfallie C. Burnham
or her successors in title.
Located in said City, with the rights of egress, ingress and regress in and to
the same with full power and authority to erect a pole line for electric distribu-
tion in and through the aforesaid property• placing same, giving to the said City
and its assigns and successors the right, power and authority to make such repairs,
If any, to said distribution line whenever, from any reason, it shall become neces-
sary.
