a` KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT We Walter R. Carrington and Forest S.
Pearson of Travis County, Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of One
Dollar, to-us:in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have
this day'. and-dd by these presents convey and grant unto The City of Georgetown,
Texas an"Oeaement or right-of-way in and through that certain lot or parcel of
land to wit: #
BEGINNING at a point which lies N. 18* 00' W. 10 feet from an iron pin in the
North ROW line of State Highway 29 between a phone pole and the Southwest
fence corner post of the Dr. Gamble Tract, said point being on the centerline
of a 20 foot ElectricAl Utility Easement.
THENCE S. 89* W. parallel to the North ROW line of State Highway 29 a distance
of 625 feet to a point 10' North of a State Highway Department ROW Market which
lies N. 87* 30' E. 500 feet from Sta. 879 + 64.8 of Interstate 35.
Thence parallel to and 10 feet from the East ROW line of Interstate Highway 35 N.
43* 22.7 W. 120 feet;
THENCE North 11*33' East 508 feet on the center line of Easement to a point
which lies 320' East of reference line Station 872 + 50 of Interstate 35.
THENCE North 16* 07' East 786.3' on the center line 'of the Easement to a point
.which lies 10'•East of the East ROW line PT -Station 864 + 64.82.
THENCE Northerly around an (Arc) with a radius of 5419.6 feet, along And 10 feet
East of the East ROW line of Interstate 35, a distance of 1565 feet.
THENCE Northerly on a tangent 271.57 feet to a point -on the Property Line which
lies South 21*11 East, on the Property Line, a distance of 415.9 feet from
reference line Station 845 + 93.7 Interstate Highway 35 for the Northerly
boundary of the center line Easement herein described.
AND BEGINNING at a point on the said Property Line which lies South 21*11'
East a distance of 435.4 feet from reference line Station 845 + 93.7 Interstate
Highway 35.
THENCE North 93*16' West 51.0' to Station 848 + 96.5 on the -Bast ROW line i
Interstate 35 for the West boundary of the centerline herein described_
WE HEREBY CERTIFY these notes were compiled by others from data compiled from
ground survey And records.
Located in said City, with the rights of egress, ingress, and regress, in and
to the same with full power and authority to erect a pole line for electric
distribution -in and through the aforesaid property, placing same, giving to the
said City and its assigns and successors the right, power and authority to make
such repairs, if any, to said distribution line whenever, from any reason, it
shall become necessary. It is further agreed and is a reservation to the above
easement that if in the future planning and use of the property that poles,
lines, guys or other property installed within the easement are in the way of
practical -development, that within the realm of reason the City will relocate
these poles, guys, etc. without cost to Walter R. Carrington, Forest S. Pearson,
or their successors in title.
