COUNTY OF WILLIAMSON
RIGHT OF WAY AND EASEMENT
That we, Jay L. Wolf and wife, Betty Wolf, of Williamson
County, Texas, hereinafter called Grantors, for and in considera-
tion of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration cash in hand paid by the City of Georgetown,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, confessed and
deemed to be sufficient, do hereby grant and convey unto the
City of Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas, hereinafter called
Grantee, its successors and assigns, a temporary easement for
the erection and maintenance of a power line along, over,
through, upon, under and across the following land situated
in the County of Williamson, State of Texas, said tract of land
being described as follows:
A 20' wide right-of-way and easement lying to the West and
being adjacent to the LCRA tract located West of the City
of Georgetown, on the South side of State Highway 29
and just west of the Georgetown City limits and being
described by metes and bounds as follows: 20' west of
BEGINNING at the N W corner of said LCRA tract at/station
35 + 55.6 for the beginning point hereof;
THENCE South along the West line of said LCRA tract a
distance of 205 feet for the S E corner hereof
THENCE West a distance of 20 feet to a point in the
Jay Wolf tract which is east and adjacent to the LCRA
tract for the S W corner hereof;
THENCE North and parallel with the West line of said LCRA
tract a distance of 205 feet to a point in the North
line of said Jay Wolf tract for the N W corner hereof;
THENCE East and along the north line of said Jay Wolf
tract a distance of 20 feet to the Point of Beginning.
The term of this easement shall be for not more than two
(2) years from date hereof.
The City of Georgetown hereby agrees to clear said premises
and leave same in as good a condition as same is now in.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said easement, rights of way, and
rights unto the said City of Georgetown, its successors and
assigns, for the above stated term, and we do hereby bind our-
selves, our heirs, executors and administrators to Warrant and
Forever Defend, all and singular, the said right-of-way and
easement unto the said City of Georgetown, its successors and
assigns against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or
to claim the same or any part thereof during said two year
term.

COUNTY OF WILLIAMSON
BEFORE ME, the undersigned, a Notary Public in and for said
County and State, on this day personally appeared Jay L. Wolf
and wife, Betty Wolf, known to me to be the persons whose
names are subscribed to the foregoing instrument, and acknowledged
to me that they executed the same for the purposes and considera-
tion therein expressed.
