RIGHT OF WAY AND EASEMENT
That L. A. Crabb and wife, Martha Jane Easley Crabb
of Williamson County, Texas, hereinafter called Grantor, fior
and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration cash in hand paid by
the City of Georgetown, the receipt of which is hereby acknow-
ledged, confessed and deemed to be sufficient, do hereby
grant and convey unto the City of Georgetown, Williamson
County, Texas, hereinafter called Grantee, its successors and
assigns, an easement for the installation and maintenance of
sewer lines along, over, through, upon, under and across the
following land situated in the County of Williamson, State
of Texas, said tract of land being described as follows:
Being 0.462 acre of land out of the William Addison
Survey, Abstract 21, in Williamson County, Texas and
is more particularly described by metes and bounds
as follows:
Beginning at a point in the north right-of-way line
of Hutto Road for the southwest corner of this tract
and from said point, the point of intersection of the
east right-of-way line of Vine Street and the south
right-of-way line of 19th Street in the City of George-
town, Texas bears north 800 12' west a distance of
1,753.25 feet;
Thence, north 020 36' east along the western side of
this tract a distance of 292.00 feet to a turn;
Thence, north 160 14' east continuing along the western
side of this tract a distance of 904.38 feet to a corner;
Thence, north 290 20' west a distance of 34.32 feet to
the northwest corner of this tract in a fence line;
Thence,- north 690 47' east"along said -fence line a -
distance of 15.08 feet to the northeast corner of this
tract;
Thence, south 290 20' east a distance of 38.34 feet to
a corner;
Thence, south 160 14' west a distance of 909.21 feet to
a corner;

Thence, south 03° 36' west a distance of 291.10 feet
to a point on the northern right-ofwway line of
Hutto Road;
Thence, north 820 07' west a distance of 15.06 feet
to the place of beginning containing 0.462 acre of
land out of William Addison Survey, Abstract 21 in
Williamson County, Texas.
The City of Georgetown hereby agrees to clear said -pre-
mises and leave same in as good a condition as same is now in.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said easement, the rights of way,
and rights unto the said City of Georgetown, its successors
and assigns, for the above stated property, and we do hereby
bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators to
Warrant and Forever Defend, all and singular, the said right-
of-way and easement unto the said City of Georgetown, its
successors and assigns against every person whomsoever lawfully
claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof.
