RIGHT` SOF' WAX' AND, EASEMENT 2082
That Kittle 'McGinnis and Avis Carney, of Smith County,
Texas, hereinafter called Grantor, for and in consideration
of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration cash in hand paid by, the City of Georgetown,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, confessed and
deemed to be sufficient, do hereby grant and convey unto the
City of Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas, hereinafter
called Grantee, its successors and assigns, an easement for
the installation and maintenance of sewer lines' along, over,
through, upon, under and across the following land situated
in the County of Williamson, State of Texas, said tract of
land being described as follows:
Being 0.093 acre of land out of the William Addison
Survey, Abstract 21 in Williamson County, Texas, said
0.093 acre being more particularly described by metes
and bounds as follows$
Beginning at the southeast corner of a two acre tract
conveyed to Eric Bartz by a deed dated February 4, 1954
from Charles E, Harris, Jr. and recorded in Volume 393,
Page 468, Williamson County, deed records,said beginning
point being the southwest corner of the tract herein
described;
Thence," north 70° 431 east a distance of 36 feet to the
northwest corner of this tract;
Thence,` south 710 00' east a distance of 172.74 feet to
a corner on the western right-of-way line of Hutto Road;
Thence, south 20. 171 east along the western right-of-
way line of Hutto Road a distance of 29.79 feet to a
corner set in a fence line;
Thence, north 699 451 west along said fence a distance
of 184.87 feet to a slight turn in the fence;
Thence, north 76° 231 west continuing -along said fence --
a distance of 35.19 feet to the place of beginning, con-
taining 0.093 acre of land out of the William Addison
Surveys Abstract 21 in Williamson County, Texas. _

The Citr of Georgetown hereby agrees to clear said
premises and leave same in as.good a condition as same is now
In.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises, together with all
and singular the rights; privileges and appurtenances thereto
in any manner belonging unto the said City of Georgetown, Texas,
its successors and assigns forever, so that neighter the said
City of Georgetown, Texas, nor its successors, nor any person

or persons claiming under said City, of Georgetown, Texas shall,
at any time hereafteri have; claimr`or demand any right or
title to the aforesaid premises or appurtenances, or any part
thereof,
