RIGHT OF WAY AND EASEMENT
That Grady R. Watkins and wife, Haven Watkins, of
Williamson County, Texas, hereinafter called Grantor, for
and in consideration of, the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration cash in hand paid by
the City of Georgetown, the receipt of which is hereby acknow-
ledged, confessed and deemed to be sufficient, do hereby
grant and convey unto the City of Georgetown, Williamson
County, Texas, hereinafter called Grantee, its successors and
assigns, an easement for the installation and maintenance of
sewer lines along, over, through, upon, under and across the
following land situated in the County of Williamson, State of
Texas, said tract of land being described as follows:
Being a strip of land 15 feet in width and 1,590.5 feet
in length containing 0.548 acre of land out of the
William Addison Survey, Abstract 21 in Williamson
County, Texas, said tract being more particularly
described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a point in the south boundary line of
the Watkins property for the southwest corner of this
tract, from which point, the point of intersection of
the east right-of-way line of Vine Street and the
south right-of-way line of 19th Street in the City
of Georgetown, Texas, bears south 650 43' west a
distance of 2,168.80 feet;
Thence, north 290 20' west along the western side of
this tract a distance of 807.98 feet to a corner;
Thence, north 140 04' east continuing along the western
side of this tract a distance of 627.15 feet to a corner;
Thence, north 41!• 49' east a distance of 171.79 feet
to the northwest ,Corner of this tract set in a fence
line;
Thence, -south -216 041 east along fence a distance of -
16.85 feet to a corner;
Thence, south 410 49' west a distance of 160.40 feet tc
a corner;
Thence, south 140 04' west along the eastern side of
this tract a distance of 617.48 feet to a corner;

Thence, south 290 20' east along the eastern side
of this tract a distance of 842.60 feet to the
southeast corner of this tract set in a fence line;
Thence, south 690 47' west a distance of 15.0 feet to
the place of beginning containing 0.548 acre of land
out of the William Addison Survey, Abstract 21, in
Williamson County, Texas.
The City of Georgetown hereby agrees to clear said pre-
mises and leave same in as good a condition as same is now in. -
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said easement, the rights of
way, and rights unto the said City of Georgetown, its successors
and assigns, for the above stated property, and we do hereby
bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators to
Warrant and Forever Defend, all and singular, the said right-
of-way and easement unto the said City of Georgetown, its
successors and assigns against every person whomsoever lawfully
claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof.

BEFORE ME, the undersigned, a Notary Public in and for
said County and State, on this day personally appeared Grady
R. Watkins and Haven Watkins, known to me to be the persons
whose names are subscribed to the foregoing instrument, and
acknowledged to me that they executed the same for the
purposes and consideration therein expressed.
