THAT, George F. Powell and wife, Marjorie B. Powell,
for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100 Dollars
($10.00) a d other
� good and valuable consideration paid by the
City of Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas, the receipt and
sufficiencyCof which is hereby acknowledged and confessed,
HAVE GRANTED, SOLD and CONVEYED and by these presents
do GRANT, SELL and CONVEY unto the said City of Georgetown an
easement for the purpose of constructing and maintaining sewage
disposal lines, water lines, gas lines, telephone lines, and
other public utilities over and across, in and under, the follow-
ing described property, to -wit:
The North 10 feet of the'South 57.5 feet of Lot 2,
Block 4, Country Club Acres, Unit II, an addition
in and to the city of Georgetown, Williamson County,
Texas, according to the map or plat thereof of record,
Plat Records, Williamson County, Texas, and the same
being the North 10' of a tract of land conveyed by J. T.
Parker et ux to George F. Powell et ux by deed recorded
in Vol. 524, Page 127, Deed Records, Williamson County,
Texas
Together with the right of ingress and egress for the
purpose of constructing and improving, reconstructing, repair-
ing, inspecting, maintaining and removing said public utilities;
and the right to trim or cut down trees, shrubs, bushes and other
impedements to the extent necessary to prevent possible inter
ference with the reasonable operation of said public utilities
or to prevent possible hazard thereto;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described easement and,
rights unto the said City of Georgetown, its successors and assigns,
until the said public utility easement shall be abandoned, and
we do hereby bind ourse

heirs, executors and administrators to WARRANT AND FOREVER
DEFEND the said premises unto the said City of Georgetown,
its successors and assigns, against every person whomsoever
lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof.
