RTGHT OF WAY AND EASEMENT
That We, Harold -S. Parker and wife, Peggy M. Parker,
J. T. Parker, Jr. and wife, Annie E. Parker, Ralph Parker
and wife, Pegee Parker, Vivian Dunman and husband, Cecil Dunman,
Of Williamson County, Texas, hereinafter called GRANTORS, for
and in consideration of the sum -of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and
other cash consideration, cash in hand paid by the City of
Georgetown, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, confessed
and deemed to be sufficient, do hereby grant and convey unto
the City of Georgetown, in Williamson'County, Texas, hereinafter
called GRANTEE, its successors and assigns, the right of way
to lay, install, place, inspect, repair, replace and otherwise
maintain water lines and'appurtenances thereto and to alter,
add to, change and remove the same from time to time, along,
over, through, upon, under, and across the following land
situated in the County of Willi,
aunson, State of TExas, said
tract of land being described as follows:
BEING a strip of land 10 feet wide in be J. B. Pulsifer
Survey, Abstract No. 498 in Williamson County, Texas,, and
being out of a tract of 158.09 acres described in a deed
from J. T. Parker, et ux, to J. T. -Parker Jr., et a1, of
record in Vol. 504, Page 194 of the Deed Records of
Williamson County, Texas.
BEGINNING at a point on the North boundary line of Country
Club Acres, Unit IV, City of Georgetown, Texas, said sub-
division being of record in Vol. 5, Page 69 of the Plat
Records of Williamson County, Texas, this point being
N 66° E, 5 feet from the West margin of Gabriel View Drive
as shown on the Plat of said subdivision;
THENCE with the centerline of the l0tfoot utility easement -
as follows: N 240 W, 101.15 feed S 67° 12' W, 103 feet;
S 660 09r W, 323.7 to,a point on the East bank of the North -
San Gabriel River; Thence S 62° 131 W, 56 feet to the ter-
minating point of this easement in the middle of the North
San Gabriel River.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said easement, rights of way, and
rights unto the said City of Georgetown, its successors and assigns

forever; and we do hereby bind ourselves, our heirs, executors
and administrators to Warrant and Forever Defend, all arld singular,
the said right of way and easement unto the,said City of
Georgetown, its successors,and assigns against every person
whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part
thereof.
