KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT:
COUNTY OF WILLIAMSON
The undersigned, being the owners of the hereinafter described lands,
in condideration of the sum of one Dollar tp ithem'in hatid,paid, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, have gaanted and conveyed and by these
presents do grant and convey unto the City of Georgetown: for its use, and
the use by any public utility operating within said City of Georgetown,
,= easement 15 feet , in width over, on -and under part, .of Lots. 2 , and 7, Block
42, City of Georgetown, according to the revised map thereof of record in
,t,he Office of the County Clerk, Williamson County, Texas, the center line
of said easement being described as follows:
Beginning at a point on said Lot 2 located 45 feet
from its North line and 100 feet from its East line;
Thence extending Westerly parallel with the North
line of said Lot,g 2 and 7, a distance of 140 feet
to the West line of said Lot 7, the East ]irp of
Forest Street (now abandoned);_
Thence continuing Westerly across Forest Street to
the West line thereof.
This easement is for.phe purpose of laying, maintaining, repairing
and replacing from time to time as necessary any gas, water drainage
or sewer line or the erection and operation of any overhead electrical
line, all such lines to be located as nearly as practicable to the center
of said easement. Grantors agree that they will not conktruct nor will
they allow the construction of any structure on or over such easement
strip so as to interfere with the use of such easement by said City of
Georgetown or any public utility company.
