COUNTY OF WILLIAMSON KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

RIGHT OF WAY AND EASEMENT
That the Industrial Corporation of Georgetown, a Texas corporation
with its principal offices in Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas, for
and in consideration of the payment of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other
cash consideration in hand paid by the City of Georgetown, the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed and hereby deemed to be
sufficient, do hereby grant and convey unto the City of Georgetown, the
free and uninterrupted use,liberty, privilege and easement of passing
in and along a certain way across the following described tract of land
situated in the County of Williamson, State of Texas, as followss
Being a 10 foot easement along the West line of the SEMCOR
property of record in Vol. 509, page 465, Deed Records,
Williamson County, Texas.
BEGINNING at the NW corner of the SEMCOR property, a point in
the East ROW line of Interstate Highway 35 and in the South
line of Royal Drive.
THENCE S 61*08' E 10 feet, with the South line of Royal Drive.
THENCE S 28052' W 257.3 feet.
THENCE N 25* W 12.4 feet to the most Westerly SW corner of the
SEMCOR property, a point Ln the East ROW line of Interstate
Highway 35.
THENCE N 28*52' E 250 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Together with the free ingress, egress and regress to and for
the said grantees its successors and assigns, for the purposes of
installing and maintaining sewer lines, electrical lines, service -
poles, water lines, and other utility lines all as by it shall be
deemed necessary or convenient at all times and seasons forever, in,
along, upon, and out of said way.
