YZI-Ur:REAS, the south line of that certain alley that lies between Block No. 1 and Block No. 2 of the Southside Addition to the City of Georgetown, Texas, and that has its west and in the east line of Church Street of said City, is not now properly located, in that said line at its said west end should be 10 feet further to the South than it appears to be on the map; and JTEREAS, it is the desire of the undersigned and the City of Georgetown, Texas, to correct the present location of said alley, a Survey of the lot now owned by the undersigned was made by'.. h. Forest, a Registered Public Surveyor on the 23rd day of July, 1956, and which said Survey is now recorded in the Deed Records of yiilliamson County, Texas. The lot now owned by the undersigned is recorded in Vol. 412, page 73 Deed Records of 'Woilliamson County, Texas. Y01W THEREFORE for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar, and other good and valuable considerations, for which no lien is retained, we, Vi. H. Ogg, and wife, Lula J. OE-, have Granted, Sold and Conveyed, and by these presents do Grant, Sell and Convey unto the City of Georgetown, Texas the following described tract of lands BEING a part of Block 2, Southside Addition to Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas, and being a part of a lot sold to the Grantees herein recorded in Vol. 412, page 73, Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas. BEGINNING at the NW corner of Bock 2, an iron stake in a driveway and in the East line of Church Street where it intersects a 20 foot alley, it's South line; and being the NW corner of the above lot surveyed by 1"I. F. Forest, aforesaids THMICE N 79 deg. 45 min. E with the North line of Block 2 and the South line of the Alley, 100 feet to an iron stake; THENCE S 75 deg. 30 tin. 1't' and parallel with the South line of the Ogg lot as surveyed to the East line of Church Street; THENCE N 19 deg. W 10 feet to the place of beginning. To have and to hold the above described premises, together with all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging unto the City of Georgetown, Texas assigned forever and we so hereby bind ourselves our heirs, executors and administrators, to WARRANT AND FOREVER DFFE'i,'D, all and singular the said premises unto the City of Georgetown, Texas and assigns against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof. 116 r WITNESS our hands this the 15th day of August, 1956. O -Z, wife of the said Vie H. Ogg, having been examined by me privily and apart from her husband, and having the same fully explained to her, she „ the said Lula J.
