RESOLUTION
WEILLAS, on the 19th day of November, 1970, the Board of Commissioners
of the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Georgetown adopted Resolution
Number 129, by which the Board accepted the bid of Gay !Till Baptist Church
for the purchase of parcels F-11 and F-12, tracts of land situated in the
South San Gabriel Urban Renewal Project No. TEX R-102 and more particularly
described in said Resolution; and,
WilhidAS, said Resolution Number 129, as an official action of the Urban
Renewal Agency of the City of Georgetown, is a public record on file in the
office of said Agency at 702 Austin Avenue, and said Resolution is incorpor-
ated herein by reference for all purposes; and,
WHE11EAS, an executed copy of said Resolution was forwarded to the City
Council on the 23rd day of November, 1970, by the Executive Director of the
Urban Renewal Agency for approval of the price and conditions of the proposed
sale of said property; and,
WHatEAS, the City Council finds nothing objectionable concerning the
price and conditions of said bid as submitted, and the recommendation of said
Urban Renewal Agency Board as contained in said Resolution Number 129;
NOW, THUiEFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY TIIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEOILGETUWN:
That the price and conditions set forth, in the Bid of Gay Hill Baptist
Church for°1-the purchase of parcels F-11 and F-12 in the South San Gabriel
Urban Renewal Project No. TEX 8-102 are hereby approved.
