RLS O LUT I ON
NVIWLEAS, on the 19th day of November, 1970, the Board of Commissioners
of the Urban Renewal .agency of the City of Georgetown adopted Resolution Number
129, by which the Board accepted the bid of Mrs. Luvina Jones for the purchase
of parcel F-14, tract of land situated in the South San Gabriel Urban Renewal
Project No. TEX 8-102 and more particularly described in said Resolution; and,
IW'HEldiAS, said Resolution Number 129, as an official action of the Urban
Renewal Agency of the City of Georgetown, is a public record on file in the
office of said Agency at 702 Austin Avenue, and said Resolution is incorpor+
ate& herein by reference for all purposes; and,
W1111tEAS, an executed copy of said Resolution was forwarded to the City
Council on the 23rd day of November, 1970, by the Executive Director of the
Urban Renewal Agency for approval of the price and conditions of the proposed
sale of said property; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds nothing objectionable concerning the price
and conditions of said bid as submitted, and the recondemnation of said
Urban Renewal Agency Board as contained in said Resolution Nwnber 129;
NOW, T1f11tLFO1tE BE IT ItESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEURGE-
TOWN:
That the price and conditions set forth, in the Bid of wars. Luvina Jones
for the purchase of parcel F-14, in the South San Gabriel Urban Renewal
Project No. TEX R-102 are hereby approved.
