That owners, Haven Watkins wife of Grady Watkins; and Grady Watkins, as Attorney in Fact for each and every of the aforesaid parties, acting. by and through the said Grady Watkins, Individually, of that certain tract of land designated as Gabriel Heights Resubdivision No. I', to the City of Georetown, Texas, are hereby authorized to file for record in the office of the County Clerk of Williamson County, Texas, the Map or Plat of said tract attached here- to, and the said County Clerk of Williamson County, Texas, is hereby authorized to accept for filing and to record said flap ofsaid Tract of land. 2. In authorizing the filing and recording of said Map of said tract of land, the City council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, does not assume any obligation to grade, improve or maintain the streets shown thereon. Surveyor No. 290 Deputy ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS THE STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF WILLIAMSON CITY OF GEORGETOWN On this the 15th day of March, 1971, the City Council of the City of George- town, Texas, convened in special session at the regular meeting place thereof in the City with the following members present, to -wit: JAY C. SLOAN, HUBERT BROCK WILLIAM EANES J. D. WININGER HARRY GOLD JOE CRAWFORD CLAUD EADS, MAYOR Councilmen City Secretary and the following absent: None, constituting a quorum, when the following, among other proceedings were had, to -wit: Councilman Gold introduced a proposed ordinance which was read in full. Councilman Wininger moved that the rule requiring ordinances to be read at more than one meeting be suspended. The motion was seconded by Councilman Eanes. The motion carried by the following vote: AYES: Councilmen Brock, Eanes, Wininger, Gold and Crawford: NOES: NONE Councilman Brock moved that the ordinance be passed finally. The motion was seconded by Councilman Crawford. The motion carried by the following vote: AYES: Councilmen Brock, Eanes, Wininger, Gold and Crawford: NOES: NONE. The Mayor announced that the ordinance had been passed finally. The Ordinance is as follows: AN ORDINANCE 7 J - O BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF REVENUE BONDS OF SAID CITY IN THE TOTAL PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF $275,000 (BEING THE SECOND AND FINAL INSTALLMENT OF A TOTAL VOTED AUTHORIZATION OF $675,000), OF WHICH 9175,000 OF BONDS ARE AUTHORIZED FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING EXTENSIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS TO THE CITY'S
