RESOLUTION
O
Upon mqtion made by Mr. Gold, seconded by Mr. Wininger, and unanimous
approval, it was resolved that the Mayor of the City of Georgetown, Texas, be
authorized as follows:
1) To do whatever is necessary to execute an agreement between the
City of Georgetonw and the Brazos River Authority to enable the City to abtain
maximum available State and Federal financial assistance under Public Law
660 as related to a sewer outfall line extending around the southeast portion
of the City of Georgetown, Texas, construction costs estimated to be $146,500,00.
2) To advertise the said project for the taking of bids as prescribed
by Law, said bid opening to be scheduled for 7:30 p.m., August 30, 1971.

CERTIFICATION
I, Claud Eads, Secretary of the City of Georgetown, do hereby certify that
the foregoing copy is a true and correct copy of a resolution adopted at a
called meeting of the City Council held on the 26th day of July, A.D.I971
as same appears in the minutes of said City Council of the City of Georgetown
of which I am the legal custodian.
