This supplemental agreement is made and entered into on the 11th day of March, 1974,
by and between the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Georgetown, Texas (hereinafter
called and referred to as the "Agency") and the City of Georgetown, a municipal Corp-
oration (hereinafter called and referred to as the "City"), supplementing the Cooperation
Agreement dated September 8, 1969, A.D., by and between the Agency and the City.
WHEREAS, rising costs have resulted in increased project cost; and
WHEREAS, those revised costs make changes necessary in the financing plan of the
South San Gabriel Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, IN CONSIDERATION -OF -MUTUAL CONVENANTS
HEREAFTER SET FORTH the Agency and the City agree as follows:
Lines 6, 8, and 9 of the fifth paragraph on page o f the Cooperation Agreement are
changed to read as follows:
1) A Project Temporary Loan in the amount of $4,867,899.00
3) A Relocation Grant in an amount not to exceed the sum of $1,556,706.00
4) A Rehabilitation Grant in an amount not to exceed the sum of $45,500.00
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City and the Agency has caused these presents to be
executed by the Mayor and the Chairman, respectively, and has caused the signature of such
offices to be attested and the seal of such respective public bodies to be affixed on the
date hereinabove first provided.

RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
THE SUPPLEMENTAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF GEORGETOWN AND THE GEORGETOWN URBAN
RENEWAL AGENCY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS WITH
RESPECT TO SOUTH SAN GABRIEL URBAN RENEWAL AREA,
PROJECT NO. TEX R-102
WHEREAS, the necessary prerequisites and requirements by the Georgetown Urban
Renewal Agency and the City of Georgetown and its agencies have been complied with;
and
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of the Georgetown Urban Renewal Agency
of the City of Georgetown has duly considered a proposed Supplemental Cooperation
Agreement between the Agency and the City, dated March 11, 1974, and finds the
some to be in order, and authorized the execution of the proposed Cooperation Agree-
ment; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, now desires to
authorize the Mayor of the City of Georgetown, Texas, to execute the proposed Supple-
mental Cooperation Agreement between the City of Georgetown and the Urban Renewal
Agency of Georgetown, Texas, with respect to the said area and project:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Georgetown,
Texas, attested by the City Secretary of the City, be and he is hereby authorized to
execute for and on behalf of the City of Georgetown, Texas, the Supplemental Cooper-
ation Agreement between the Urban Renewal Agency and the City of Georgetown dated
March 11, 1974.
The above resolution was unanimously adopted by the City Council of the City of George-
town, Texas, upon motion by J. D. Wininger, seconded by Hubert Brock, and the following
Councilmen voting "Aye": Wininger, Brock, Gold, Scott and the following Councilmen
voting "Nay": None, on the 11th day of March, 1974, A.D.
