RESOLUION
WHEREAS, on the 28th day of June, 1974, the Urban Renewal Agency of the City
of Georgetown received a bid on the following parcel situated in the South San Gabriel
Urban Renewal Agency Project Tex R-102:

WHEREAS, the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Georgetown, acting by and through
its Executive Director, has recommended acceptance of said bid; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds nothing objectionable concerning the price and
condition of said bid submitted and the recommendation of the Executive Director, of
Urban Renewal Agency; now therefore be it
RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN:
That the price and condition set forth in the above bid for the parcel listed is hereby
approved, subject, however, to formal approval of the Board of Commissioners of the Urban
Renewal Agency of the City of Georgetown, a copy of the Resolution expressing such approval
to be furnished the City Council.
