RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
TEXAS, APPROVING AMENDMENT TO
SOUTH SAN GABRIEL PROJECT, TEX
A NEW SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS
OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN,
THE URBAN RENEWAL PLAN FOR THE
R-102, BY ADDING TO SUCH PLAN
SECTION C. 2. A. (3) (Q)
WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Council of the City of Georgetown,
Texas, to amend the Urban Renewal Plan of said City of Georgetown, by adding thereto
a new section to permit the use of areas classified as B District for residential purposes,
a copy of such proposed Amendment being attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, the proposed Amendment has been approved by the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Georgetown; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Georgetown deems the amendment minor
in nature and not requiring a public healing; now therefore be it
RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN,
TEXAS, that the Amendment to the Urban Renewal Plan, South San Gabriel Project
TEX R-102 be, and the same is hereby, approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas
this 12th day of August, 1974.
