RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of Georgetown, that Thomas G. Sams,
Building Official, is hereby authorized to execute for and in behalf of the City of Georgetown,
a public entity established under the laws of the State of Texas, this application and to file
it in the appropriate State office for the purpose of obtaining certain Federal financial assis-
tance under the Disaster Relief Act (Public Law 606, 91st Congress).
Passed and approved this 9th day of December, 1974.

I, W. L. Walden, duly appointed and City Secretary of the City of Georgetown, do hereby
certify that the above is a true and correct copy of a resolution passed and approved by the
