BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS:
That Georgetown West Venture, owner of the hereon described subdivison to be known
as "Serenada East, Unit 3", is hereby authorized to file for record in the office of
the County Clerk of Williamson County, Texas, the plat of said subdivision attached
hereto, and the County Clerk of Williamson County, is hereby authorized to file
for record this plat of land.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this the 26th day of October, 1977.

that the above and foregoing resolution is a true and correct exemplification of the

which a quorum was present.
