BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CIN COUNCIL OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS:
That, Walter R. Carrington, owner of the hereon described subdivision to be known as
Riveroaks of Georgetown is hereby authorized to file for record in the office of the County Clerk
of Williamson County, Texas, the plat of said subdivision attached hereto, and the County
Clerk of Williamson County, is hereby authorized to file for record this plat of land.
Adopted and Approved this the 13th day of February, 1979.

the above and foregoing resolution is a true and correct exemplification of the original
